I wish this online menu had better descriptions of the food so I had a better idea what I’m ordering. Menu has 2 options for fried dumplings and I’d like to know what the difference is before I order

This is my go-to Chinese takeout restaurant. We used to dine in before COVID, but just haven't done much dining out since everything opened back up. No complaints.
